And she asked,
what shall you love?

And her sister sang,
a green so bare only memory remains;
promises strung along a spider’s golden string.

And she asked,
but where goes the day?

And her brother sang,
the sun at night is moonlight’s only dream;
darkness is the clothing that in daylight fades to green.

And she said,
I wish for you a comfort
which I have never seen:
a softness worn to nothing
and the instants in-between.
